4Ward Career Pathways Program

The 4WARD Career Pathways Program (formerly known as the Road to Industry Program- RTIP) seeks to assist undergraduate students with clarifying their career goals while providing them with tailored career advising, 1:1 mentoring with Rutgers alumni, networking opportunities, and access to recruiting resources to reach post-graduation success.

Alumni volunteers can expect roughly 2 hours a month commitment from October – May and that time can be spent in-person, virtual, or a combination of both.
